Project 'Venturetent'

We got an task to design an innovative sustainable product. We had to keep the circular economy and sustainable design in mind. 

It was quite a challenge to come up with an idea that suited this thought as well to work it out. We restarted a few times to finally stay with this idea "Venturetent" a tent that is a bit more sustainable and ecological than a regular tent. Venturetent is a tent for camping but also to store your bicycle or other items in.

It takes a few staps to set up the tent:

​

      1.  Lay the tent open

      2.  Fold the tent poles into each other

      3.  Insert the tent poles into the tube

      4.  Secure tent poles in place at the bottom

      5.  Set the sides apart

      6.  Put the ribbons around the tent poles 

      7.  Tighten the ropes and fasten with a peg in the ground

      8.  Optionally install the bicycle rack
